Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Large Capacity, P2620

Capacity 14,000 to 22,000 ACFM (23,800 to 39,000 m3/h)

Vacuum to 4.7 inHgA (160 mbar abs.)

The NASH P2620 liquid ring vacuum pump model allows efficient operation over the entire vacuum range without the need to change the pump's internals. With the largest capacity in our portfolio, ranging from 4,000 to 22,000 ACFM (23,800 to 39,000 m3/h), the P2620 is designed to operate in demanding environments such as paper, power, mining, and chemical process industries.

Key Characteristics:
  • Flexible Installation
  • Split Vacuum Capability
  • Quiet Operation
  • Engineered for Demanding Environments
Split Vacuum Capability
When a NASH P2620 vacuum pump is equipped with a center shroud, split vacuum operation up to 10 inHg (340 millibars) differential can be achieved. The advantage of this is significant, allowing usage of fewer vacuum pumps - which saves space and installation costs.

Flexible Installation & Quiet Operation
The unique inlet configuration allows for both top and side inlet arrangements to accommodate low headroom installations. Bottom and side discharge connections offer flexibility to address installation space constraints. Large inspection ports allow easy access to pump internals for inspection and maintenance.

P2620 pumps are amazingly quiet during operation. Sound levels of 72 to 85 dB(A) (measured at a distance of 3.3 ft (1 meter) from the source) have been recorded for even the largest of the pump models.

Designed To Operate In Demanding Environments
Designed to operate in demanding environments like the paper, power, mining, sugar, and chemical process industries, these pumps offer durability and reliability at a low cost of operation. The standard polyisoprene lining on the P2620 vacuum pump body resists aggressive process gases and liquids to provide exceptional corrosion resistance. The polyisoprene lining also consumes less energy than the equivalent unlined pump.
