Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Small Capacity, 2AV1

Capacity 15 to 340 ACFM (25 to 580 m3/h)

Vacuum to 1 inHgA (to 33 mbar abs.)

NASH 2AV1 liquid ring vacuum pumps are single stage units designed for continuous operation and used for generating vacuums or excess pressure.
Ideal for various industries, these pumps offer low noise levels, easy serviceability, and reliable performance.
The 2AV1 family of monoblock pumps, constructed from durable cast iron, revolutionizes the industry with its compact design, offering impressive capacities up to 340 ACFM (580 m³/h). This innovative monoblock design ensures that users save valuable space, making it ideal for applications in the plastics, chemical, food and beverage and general industrial industries as these pumps offer low noise levels, easy serviceability, and reliable performance. Unlike traditional pumps, the 2AV1's integrated motor and pump assembly eliminates the need for extra baseplates, couplings, or guards, reducing installation costs and simplifying the process.

Key Characteristics:

  • Compact Design Allowing for Efficient Use of Space
  • Rugged and Durable for Consistent and Dependable Service
  • Precision-balanced Rotor for Optimal Performance

Space-Saving Installation

When compared to conventional pumps, the 2AV1's monoblock design delivers the benefits of a simple, compact, and economical installation. Since the pump and motor are integral and self-supporting, there is no need for additional baseplates, couplings, or guards, which add to the cost, complexity, and overall size of the installation.

Rugged And Reliable

We focused on durability and dependability when we developed these liquid-ring pumps. With a reinforced stainless steel shaft and sealed bearings, the 2AV1 can provide up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation.

Quiet Operation

The NASH 2AV1 is expertly designed and manufactured to be quiet and vibration-free. With sound pressure levels of less than 75 dBA, it complies with the strictest noise standards, eliminating the need for additional sound attenuating devices.
