This custom-engineered solution features two Liquid Ring Vacuum Systems from the NASH Vectra XL-series, meticulously designed to handle demanding industrial processes. The system utilizes stainless steel construction and operates as a fully integrated recirculation system.

The client, operating an ATEX-certified fully closed belt filter, leverages this vacuum system to maintain optimal vacuum levels, ensuring saturated gases are efficiently extracted and recirculated back above the filter. By keeping acidic gases contained within a controlled loop, the system delivers exceptional safety and reliability through advanced safeguarding instrumentation in compliance with ATEX standards.

The shaft sealing employs double mechanical seals (MS), further supported by an API Plan 53A flushing system, also provided by NASH, ensuring both safety and performance.
